Women’s Book Club

The next St. Matthew’s Women’s Book Club will be held on Sunday, May 31st from 2:00-4:00p at the home of Ann Marie. She has chosen “Theo of Golden” by Allen Levi.
All copies are currently in use at Kenosha Public Library. You may want to get on a waiting list or you can purchase from Amazon (where I got my copy) – paperback (good condition) for $14.98, Kindle $11.99, hardcover $27.52 or from Better World Books $16.99 new paperback. Looks like Amazon is a winner!
Here is a synopsis (it’s a very good book-my 2 cents): A mysterious stranger named Theo arrives in Golden and begins buying portraits from a coffeehouse, returning them to their subjects while weaving stories and changing lives.
This is the last book club for fall/winter 2025/spring 2026. Sarah Rangel will be hosting in September, 2025. We are back to hosting alphabetically so after Sarah will be Holly Stoddard (since Ann Marie & Sarah switched). Holly will be followed by Judy Ashley.
