Feast of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary

The Feast of the Assumption of Mary, celebrated annually on August 15th, commemorates the belief that the Virgin Mary was taken body and soul into heavenly glory at the end of her earthly life. It is one of the most important Marian feast days in the liturgical calendar.
We will meet in the chapel for a short service to honor The Virgin Mary.
