Bishop’s Visit 2026
We had the distinct honor of hosting Bishop Matthew Gunter on May 3rd, 2026. Such visits are a rare occasion, occurring only once every three years, making this day not just special but also significant for our entire church community. The bishop’s presence serves as a vital link between our local congregation and the wider Episcopal Church, reminding us of the rich tapestry of faith and mission we are all a part of.
During this meaningful gathering, we were fortunate to celebrate with Bishop Gunter, sharing stories about the exciting ministries we are engaged in and the positive impact we are making in the lives of others. The enthusiasm was palpable as he listened to our testimonies, offering encouragement and guidance in return. Bishop Gunter’s message resonated deeply with many of us, emphasizing the importance of staying connected not only with each other within our church walls but also with the broader mission of the church across our diocese. His words inspired us to reflect on how we can continue to embody Christ’s teachings in our daily lives and expand our outreach efforts.
As we reflect on this blessed day, we cherish the memories created and the connections strengthened through our time with Bishop Gunter. The photographs captured during our fellowship serve as a vibrant reminder of the joy and unity experienced within our community. Thank you all for joining us in honoring this important occasion in our church.
