Bishop's Visit to St. Matthew's - St. Mathew's Episcopal Church

We are excited to announce that the Rt. Rev. Matthew A. Gunter, our beloved Bishop, will be visiting St. Matthew’s on Sunday, May 3rd. This is a significant occasion for our church community, as visits from the Bishop occur only once every 3 years! The Bishop’s presence is a symbol of unity within our diocese, serving as a reminder of our connection to the larger Episcopal Church and the important work we do together in Christ’s name.

A combined service will be held at 11:00 AM.

We strongly encourage all church members to attend this special service. It’s an opportunity not only to receive blessings and insights from Bishop Gunter but also to celebrate our collective faith and mission. This gathering will be a chance to reaffirm our commitments to our church and one another, deepening our bonds as we come together in worship, prayer, and praise.
